Jody Dugan


Jody Dugan, RN, BSN, served as a leader in nursing for 15 years and an oncology certified nurse for 10 years. She has worked in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and home health. Dugan was the bone marrow transplant donor coordinator and case manager at Georgetown University Hospital/Lombardi Cancer Center. Other positions include hospital resource nurse, oncology clinician, oncology outpatient coordinator, intravenous therapist/expert, and charge nurse. Since 2006, she has been the president of a national incorporated recruiting firm that places managers and professionals in healthcare and other industries.

Dugan earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland and a diploma in writing from the Institute of Children's Literature. She is also the author of several publications.
