Grant Walker, PharmD

Grant Walker is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist who has been practicing since 2010. He attended Oregon State University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Washington for his doctorate in pharmacy. Walker has experience in ambulatory care and long-term care pharmacy. Optimizing medication use based on current evidence and guidelines is his primary passion.

Walker is a former reviewer and paid member of the Red Ventures Education Integrity Network.
