Paige J. Gardner is an assistant professor of student development administration at Seattle University. Gardner has also served as the assistant dean of students at Loyola University Chicago and has 12 years of experience in crisis management and facilitating diversity and equity training. Her research centers on race and gender equity in the workplace. As a queer, Black, cisgender woman of color, Gardner is invested in advocating, empowering, and building solidarity-based coalitions with and for those on the margins of society.
