Founded in 1917, Hinds’ 32,000 students enjoy a highly intensive academic educational program of the highest quality. The Practical Nursing Program at Hinds teaches students to provide general nursing care in a number of niches including, physical, behavioral, psychological, and sociological sciences. The program offers a multitude of skills on an extremely comprehensive level by giving them hands on practice in order to develop their skills at a much faster pace than most schools.
